I am listing web sites of my friends who I think have much
to offer to those seeking some deeper meaning to their own lives. Most of these
people I have known for years - and some, since high school days. I do not
recommend any web site unless I believe that you can benefit from what is there.

Mahaila offers a wonderful web site where one can learn about meditation
techniques that will change your life. She is a certified instructor and
has traveled
the world to learn what she can now teach you. She teaches classes
mostly in southern California, but does offer classes at other
locations if there are enough students. The silent meditation
techniques that she teaches were developed by Dr. Deepak Chopra.
