 Thomas Michael McDonald was listed in the 128th Newsletter  after he was KIA.
 He was actually a member of 116th AHC having just transferred from the 128th. He 
 was in fact assigned to the 116th when he was KIA.

Donald Lynn Wann was Jay Riseden's hootchmate,when flying with the 128th.). He
was was on his second tour of duty with D/158 AVN 101 ABN flying Cobras when 
he was shot down. His body was never recovered. He listed as a Tomahawk,  
because he had previously served a full tour with the 128th.

				FACTS		
* Note: CPT. Richard Newton was the oldest member of the
   128th to be killed in Nam. He was 37 years old at the time 
   of his death.
* CW2 William Pishner died of a heart attack.
* SP4 Alger Durell never was officially on flight status. He was
   killed within 2 hours of first trip out as a replacement door
