Attached to this is a picture of the monument that stood in front of the operations hut. It had the names of those that where lost in the 128th. As you can see some of the names never got put on. This picture was taken some time late 70 or early 71.

128th Orderly Room The following pictures are of the 128th Orderly Room after it was hit with a 122 rocket about 0200 in the morning some time Mar or April 1970 . I had CQ that night the Sergeant of the guard and I was in it at the time. Neither of us was hit with any fragments how I will never know. The company clerks sleep in the hooch next to the Orderly Room. One received minor fragments the other quite serious wounds was medivaced and never returned. . I am the one holding what was left of that rocket the next day as repairs where being made.
