"IN THE SHADOW OF THE BLADE"
Arrowhead Film & Video studios released a promo cut of their work so far on the upcoming documentary "In the Shadow of the Blade". It is now being shown to potential sponsors of this project. The short segment is very powerful. I admit to becoming emotional and having moist eyes after a few moments of watching this video. You cannot watch this without becoming caught up in the emotional impact that it has.

Cheryl Fries is still working hard at getting this project moving. So far, her work and that of Arrowhead is all first class stuff. No veteran who watches this video will be able to walk away without being touched by the message and the spirit of the Huey.

This web site will keep everyone posted on the current status of the filming. Stay tuned for more information. Watch the skies and listen for the sounds of the Huey - it is coming to a neighborhood near you!

THE HILL TOP SINGERS

Accepting an award
for USO Service and support of Veterans

I have added a link page to The Hill Top Singers. They were a popular girl singing group who traveled in the Far East and to Nam with the USO shows. They did this at a time when this was not a popular thing to be doing. We appreciate their efforts in support of veterans and wish them well with their present singing activities.

A WORD FROM BILL
This web site started off a a gift from my as a place to house and honor my Nam Poems. It started off as a personal web site but has now become the web site of some many more who have photos, stories and poetry on this site. I am pleased at the new direction this energy is taking us. I feel that there is a need to express the feelings and emotions of what happened to all of us who served in Nam. By submitting your photos, stories, or poetry, this web site has also helped link your personal experience with the history of that war.

The Vietnam Experience was different for everyone of us who served there. Just a quick look around cyber space, at all the different web sites by Nam vets, will tell you that. No one knows how we feel - but as a veteran, we have some idea of what we each felt then and even now - at least more than our wives, or family ever will, or can. We veterans need to reach out and make sure that all our brothers are making those adjustments back to the world. if we are not willing to help them - then we else will, or who is better qualified to do so?

I pray that all of you have a new year that is filled with peace. I pray that you help spread that peace to all your brothers.
